Precrafted Support
Oops! Did you install your new theme on the wrong blog, and need to transfer it?
Tumblr handles all of the sale/installation of our themes on our behalf, so you’ll need to get in touch with them for help – we don’t have access to their system.
You can contact them via the Help section.
As long as it’s been less than two weeks since you bought it, Tumblr can refund your purchase. Just send them a note and include your blog URL, date of purchase, and method of payment (last four digits of your credit card, or your Paypal email address).
You’ll need to contact Tumblr directly for this, as we don’t have access to their payment system – you can contact them via the Help section.
Try visiting http://www.tumblr.com/receipt whilst logged in to Tumblr to see a record of all your theme purchases.
The sales and installation of our themes are handled by Tumblr – you’ll need to contact them directly for help if you can’t find your receipt, or if the receipt page isn’t sufficient for your records, as we don’t have access to their payment system.

When you purchase a premium theme on Tumblr, you get one license for that theme on the blog you specify when you purchase a theme. If you want to use the same premium theme on a different blog, you’ll have to purchase it again.
You can find out more about the theme license in Tumblr’s Terms of Service – check out sections 9 (Themes) and 10 (Paid Services). If you have any questions, it’s best to contact Tumblr directly for help with this. You can contact them via the Help section.
